Example profile description

Sample Coastal Roofing works with homeowners in Gig Harbor, Purdy and Fox Island on roof repairs, roof replacement and gutter replacement. Tell us what you are noticing and what you would like changed. We review the roof, project scope and access requirements before confirming the work and timing. Visit our website to send a project inquiry.

What we deliver

  • One existing, verified profile reviewed and updated with the owner's authorization.
  • One concise business description and up to six owner-confirmed service descriptions.
  • Confirmed contact details, hours or appointment policy, service areas and the correct website link.
  • Up to five owner-supplied project photos, with agreed captions and permission to use them.
  • Before-and-after change log, handoff instructions and one revision round.

How we complete it

  1. Compare the current profile with the owner's approved business fact sheet; list proposed changes.
  2. Prepare the description, service text and photos for the owner to review.
  3. Apply approved changes through the customer's account, check the resulting profile and document anything still pending Google review.

How we check it

  • Business name and contact details match the approved fact sheet.
  • Each service listed is genuinely offered and the website link reaches the intended page.
  • Photo permission and owner approval are recorded; no invented reviews or credentials appear.

What the owner supplies

  • Owner or manager access to the existing verified profile.
  • Exact business name and actual services, hours and service area.
  • Correct business website and contact details.
  • Approved photographs and confirmation of any credentials the owner wants included.

Scope and live setup

This scope assumes an existing verified profile. Verification disputes, suspensions, duplicate-location repairs and ongoing management need separate review. Profile edits can be subject to Google review. No ranking or lead guarantees.

What to measure

Track profile completeness and, if available in the owner's account, website clicks and inquiries before and after the change. These observations do not establish that every new inquiry came from the cleanup.

Example offer after the business expresses interest

We can also clean up your Google business listing so the services, photos and website link all match. That would be $450 for one existing verified profile, including a review round.

This is a proposed pilot scope and price, subject to the actual inputs and agreed work. Software subscriptions, processing, printing and ongoing services are separate. No external offer has been sent.
